Days whenever I have a soft spot for Boba, I would make my own calorie/macro friendly version of my classic favorite Milk Tea! 

Here are the ingredients:
1⃣ 1/2 Black Coffee
2⃣ 1/2 Black Tea
3⃣ 15 ml French Vanilla Coffee Mate 
4⃣ Stevia or Splenda (Can use as much amount of packets depending on your taste preference) 

And there you have it! 👍

Right now I look like your "before" picture, and I never believed that it was possible for me to get buff until I saw your transformation. So now I want to commit to working out and improving my body, and I would greatly appreciate some advice from you. What is your work out schedule like? What about your diet? And how long have you been working out? Thanks so much!

No worries! Everyone’s gotta start off some where. I recommend you to first find out what your calories are. How much calories you need to stay at a certain maintenance. Once you get that, everything will be a lot easier for you to track and find out what your macros are.

For me to stay at my certain weight I would have to consume 2600 cals. 

I dropped 600 cals and stayed at a 2000 deficit to slowly lose a pound to a pound in a half each week. 

I’ve been working out for a year and 4 months now.

Anonymous: you post body pics ALOT. I understand you improved your health and overcame a struggle with your body size, and I applaud you on that great accomplishment, but it seems like you love yourself a little too much. I'm not writing this to complain about your blog, because you're blog is amazing and very inspiration. Just seems like you post the same "before and after" pic ALOT.

i totally understand where you’re coming from. I always posts these before and after shots of myself to always remind me of where I first started in hopes to also inspire people that have lost motivation and want to get back up. I do love myself. Maybe a little too much? You gotta learn to love and understand who you are as a person before you can understand anyone else.

That’s just my take on this. You can agree or disagree. Whatever you like. Have a great and wonderful night.

Question is, do you really want it? Will you give up whatever it takes to reach towards those goals of yours and make your dreams become a reality? Of course along those lines you will build hate and criticisms from people around you, but what you overcome and take from it will strongly define you as a person throughout the journey. Who gives someone the right to judge and question you for improving yourself for doing the things you love? ABSOLUTELY NO ONE. We all have different beliefs and perspective on how we live our life. Find whichever lifestyle suits you and make the best out of it. No one’s here to impress anyone at all. The only person you have the right to judge is yourself, so do whatever the hell you want to do. Life’s too short to stress about the small things. Be happy and do you.
